The Ek Model 5 Bowie (EK45) blends the iconic Ek Commando heritage with modern KA‑BAR manufacturing. Featuring a 7" parkerized 1095 Cro‑Van bowie blade with a black non‑reflective coating, the Model 5 is built for durability, stealth, and field performance. The classic bowie profile offers excellent penetration and cutting capability, while the parkerized finish enhances corrosion resistance.

The handle is constructed from black glass‑filled nylon and secured with traditional Ek X‑head fasteners, maintaining the unmistakable Ek aesthetic. A stainless steel finger guard provides control and hand protection.
