My one star review comes down to the simple fact, my order never arrived. Not sure if it’s the store or the postal system, I double checked all my information on my end, but nobody seems to be able to tell me what happened. I’m particularly disappointed because they have some folding knives I’ve been trying to get my hands on, but I’ll have to keep looking.
I’m going to reorder this on amazon, I’ll review it properly there when I receive it.

I’m very sorry to hear that Canada Post has misplaced your package and is currently unable to locate it. We shipped your order the same day we received your payment, and unfortunately the shipping process with Canada Post is beyond our control.

Due to insurance guidelines, refunds can normally only be processed after we receive confirmation from Canada Post regarding the lost package. However, to resolve this matter promptly, I have issued a full refund from our end.
